What It Takes

• 1 year of MIG welding experience in a shop or production setting.
• Blueprint reading and precision measuring skills.
• Able to keep welds strong, clean, and safe.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stay active all shift.
• Safety-conscious and reliable from day one.
