Job Description
24/7 Backup Physician Coverage to Help with Emergency GYN Surgery & When Additional Physician OB Support is Required
Practice Detail- 24-hour shift per month (7.58 hours per shift)
- Flexible schedule requests
- 7 Certified Nurse Midwives (CNM) scheduled 2 CNM Monday - Thursday and 1 CNM Saturday - Sunday
- 1,385 deliveries in 2024 (avg 2-3 deliveries per day)
- 95% of vaginal deliveries performed by CNM
- Level II Nursery
- Cover unassigned patients
- ED Consults
- GYN Consults
- Back up to CNM
- No clinic responsibilities
- On-site coverage required
- EMR - Cerner
- $ base compensation
- $100,000 recruitment incentive
- Quality bonus: up to 5% of total compensation
- Higher holiday pay
- $15,000 moving allowance
- $4,000 CME allowance
- 7 CME days
- 14 paid days off
- $1,600 dues & subscription allowance
- Malpractice insurance provided
