Position: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
LOCUM CRNA in Tiffin, Ohio Job  Specialty: CRNAPractice Setting:
Community hospital, level 3 trauma, level 1 OB. 30 inpatient beds, 5 ICU beds, and 10 OB beds.

Dates/Coverage Needed: ASAC (Nov start date) - Ongoing (long-term). The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8s or 10s. Call is negotiable and usually one night per week. No weekends and no holidays. Support Staff/Supervision: CRNA only practice, 4-5 CRNAs/day, autonomous/independent setting # of OR's:
Runs 3-4 OR's daily, OR, Endo, OB & cardiology. The team averages 17 cases/day. Case Mix:
Ortho, urology, general, OB (800 deliveries per year), gyn, pediatric dentistry, podiatry, cardiology - TEE, cardioversion. GYN and general utilize Da Vinci robot Active OH License:
Yes Credentialing Time-Frame: 60-90 days
