Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our team. This position involves MIG and TIG welding, reading fabrication drawings, and producing high-quality weldments while meeting production and quality standards. Consistent attendance and attention to detail are essential.

• Maintain consistent, reliable daily attendance
• Review drawings and work instructions for accuracy, quantities, and revisions
• Perform fabrication work including MIG and TIG welding
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings and blueprints
• Communicate material and component needs to management
• Create cut lists for saw, plasma, and laser operations
• Fit and tack weld assemblies and weldments
• Build jigs or fixtures for higher-volume production runs
• Inspect dimensions, weld quality, appearance, and overall workmanship
• Take responsibility for the quality of all work performed
• Assist other welders/fabricators as needed and work as part of a team
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety, quality, and workplace guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Minimum 2 years of MIG and TIG welding/fabrication experience
• Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings
• Working knowledge of shop equipment including shear, brake press, plasma cutter, ironworker, drill press, saws, and related tools
• Ability to meet deadlines and multitask effectively
