Client FocusedAs a Universal Banker you report to the Financial Center Manager and serve as a vital contact for our clients. You ensure all visitors feel welcome and help clients with all retail banking needs and transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, cashier’s checks, and foreign exchange. You also uncover financial needs and recommend solutions, acting as a resource to resolve client servicing issues.

- Greet clients as they enter and make them feel appreciated.
- Handle transactions efficiently and accurately (deposits, withdrawals, check endorsements).
- Assist with new account openings.
- Participate in sales activities including outbound calls to acquire new consumer clients and deepening relationships with current clients.
- Participate in the consumer loan and credit card process, managing client applications from origination through closing.
- Partner with team members and other lines of business to offer the most appropriate products and tools that help clients meet their financial goals.
- Excellent client service and communication skills.
- College degree or relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience.
- Previous experience in the financial industry not required.
- Previous cash‑handling experience is beneficial.
- Proficient computer skills, including keyboard, ten‑key pad, and basic use of bank‑wide systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, changing environment while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
- Follow policies, procedures, and written instructions, as well as verbal instructions from the manager.
