Mercy Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Medicine Physician or Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) to join our growing outpatient practice in Tiffin, Ohio. • Flexible Scheduling
• Outpatient-only practice with no weekend or hospital call requirements
• 36 patient-facing hours per week
• Average 20-24 patients per day
• Supportive, collaborative team environment
• Mix of acute, chronic, and preventive care for a diverse patient panel
• Access to point-of-care testing and urinalysis on site
• Opportunity to resume an established patient panel

• Board-certified/eligible Family Medicine physician (MD or DO) or experienced APC
