Mercy Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our growing primary care team in Tiffin, Ohio. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing comprehensive care to patients in a community-focused setting.

  : 27 St. Lawrence Drive, Suite 103, Tiffin, OH 44883
• Schedule
  :
  Flexible hours, with 36 schedulable patient hours per week
  • Monday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
  • Tuesday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
  • Wednesday: 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
  • Thursday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
  • Friday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
• Call Coverage
  :
  Office call coverage rotation only, no hospital call responsibilities

• Provide acute and chronic care, annual wellness visits, and health maintenance
• Serve a diverse patient base (40% geriatric, 50% adult, 10% pediatrics)
• Resume an established patient panel with the potential to see 20–24 patients per day
• Promote health and wellness by achieving health maintenance goals
