Finance Manager- hybrid

Sheridan Maine is currently recruiting for a Finance Manager to join a welcoming organisation based in Wiltshire. The role will encompass all aspects of management accounting and will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Prepare and distribute monthly management accounts
• Provide variance analysis and commentary
• Liaise with budget holders and prepare the annual budgets
• Run monthly budget review meetings
• Business partner with stakeholders providing key analysis and management information
• Ensure the timely month end close of financial activities such as journals, accruals and prepayments, balance sheet reconciliations

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience in a management accountant or similar finance manager role
• Business partnering skills
• Strong analytical and IT skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience of working with a range stakeholders
• Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA)
