** On-Call RN

* ** Starting at $48/hr** (DOE)
* ** Per diem / on-call
** AM & PM, Weekend and holiday### ### What You’ll Do
* Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in accordance with physician orders and facility policies
* Oversee and support LVNs/CNAs; ensure excellent handoffs and documentation
* Perform assessments, wound care, medication administration, and care plan updates
* Respond to urgent resident needs and support admissions as needed
* Collaborate with IDT to promote resident comfort, dignity, and outcomes### ###

What You’ll Bring
* ** Active California RN license
** in good standing
* ** BLS/CPR certification** (AHA or equivalent)
* SNF/long-term care or post-acute experience preferred (new-to-SNF RNs with strong clinical skills welcome)
* Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork under pressure
