Our agency is hiring a Social Media Manager who can run the full social engine, with strong instincts for platform trends, creative testing, and paid amplification.
Role overviewYou will lead social strategy and execution across:
- Client accounts (healthcare)
- Company’s internal brand social
- Paid media support (Meta Ads + You Tube/Google Ads)
- PR campaign alignment
- Build and maintain brand strategy per account
- Define content pillars , messaging hierarchy, and CTA architecture
- Translate business goals into social media content calendars
- Introduce weekly content that drives patient action
- Maintain brand voice and clinical credibility
- Manage publishing schedules across platforms
- Understand paid media and support it confidently (review performance, improve and make creative recommendations based on the results, identify what’s working and scale it quickly)
- Coordinate with creative and internal stakeholders
- Strong design and aesthetic instincts: you know what looks premium vs amateur instantly; understand brand alignment, can spot weak creative fast, and elevate it
You are:
- Strategic: you understand positioning and audience intent
- Creative: you can build content that performs and feels modern
- Operational: you manage timelines and details without chaos
- Data-aware: you can interpret performance and iterate quickly
- Paid-literate: you understand how organic and paid work together
- Great team player : you are collaborative and supportive.
- 3+ years managing social media (agency experience preferred)
- Proven ability to build strategy + calendars , not just posting
- Strong short-form instincts (hooks, storytelling, retention)
- Strong copywriting and creative direction skills
- Comfortable managing multiple brands and timelines
- Working knowledge of:
- Meta platforms (IG/FB)
- You Tube
- Tik Tok
- Trustpilot (strong plus)
- Working knowledge of paid media fundamentals
- Meta Ads Manager familiarity
- You Tube/Google Ads creative considerations
- Basic ad metrics and iteration thinking
- Healthcare social media experience
- Podcast clipping and distribution systems
- Founder-led brand experience
- Paid creative testing experience (multiple hooks, multiple angles, multiple CTAs)
