Position: Tactical Security Guard FT)

Ready to suit up as a Tactical Security Guard in Thunder Bay

What matters most in a role like this is your ability to read the environment, anticipate risk and act accordingly. Your keen sense of observation and strong social skills are your greatest strengths.

As a Tactical Security Guard, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, security facility centers, etc.

    • Responsibilities for Tactical Security Guard in Thunder Bay

  • Patrol critical areas to spot any suspicious activity
  • Check identification and control access to secure areas
  • React quickly to threats or incidents and document actions taken
  • Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
  • Handle alarms and conduct on-site checks
  • Partner with law enforcement during serious incidents

    • Qualifications for Tactical Security Guard in Thunder Bay

  • Be authorized to work in Canada
  • Hold a valid security license
  • First aid certification required
  • Ability to stand and walk throughout shift
