Public Health Nurse/ Registered Nurse (PHN/RN) – 2 positions, 0.5 FTE Part-Time

Contract:

October 13, 2025 – November 2, 2026, Geraldton

Geraldton Office, Thunder Bay District Health Unit

• Provide public health programs and services on health protection, promotion and maintenance, disease and injury prevention and community participation and development.
• Public Health Nursing practice is based on the model of primary health prevention and is population focused.
• Occasional travel within the District is required.
