• Installing a variety of commercial and OTR tires
• Using computer diagnostics to balance tires
• Rotating tires to ensure proper wear
• Repairing tires in a safe and efficient manner
• Resetting and repairing tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS)
• Maintaining tire service equipment
• Operating company and customer vehicles in a clean and safe manner
• Understanding and adhering to safe operation of all equipment

• At least 1+ years of tire service experience, working with passenger, light truck, medium truck, farm, industrial, and OTR tires, specialty tire services, and wheels
• Ability to lift 25+ kilograms
• Proven ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with team members and customers, including good communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to maintain a valid Class 5 driver’s license and provide a satisfactory driver’s abstract from the province of residence
