Are you a committed and professional service provider who always puts the customer at the center as a representative of mobilezone? Thanks to your open and approachable manner, you manage to approach customers easily and always friendly? You are a helpful and flexible team player who enjoys exchanging ideas with others and pitching in?
A completed vocational training is a prerequisite for the job, preferably in retail. Very good language skills in German, preferably also in French or Italian, as well as experience with the Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) complete your profile.

• Sales consulting for customers on the entire product range of mobilezone:
  mobile devices, subscriptions, accessories, and other additional services
• Ongoing information gathering about new trends and products on the market
• Support of the Store Manager, e.g., in implementing sales-promoting measures in the store as well as optimizing the appearance of the sales store
• Participation in goods receipt checks and inventories, cash register reconciliations, etc.
