Job Summary:
Studio Flex
45 is seeking an energetic and motivated Group Fitness Trainer to coach engaging, results‑driven group workouts in a boutique fitness environment. This role is ideal for a coach who is passionate about movement, recovery, and creating an exceptional member experience.
- Coach safe, effective, and high‑energy group fitness classes
- Demonstrate proper exercise technique and provide modifications for all fitness levels
- Motivate and engage members while maintaining a positive class environment
- Build relationships with members and foster community
- Ensure studio cleanliness, safety, and equipment readiness
- Follow Studio Flex
45 coaching standards and operational procedures
- Current Group Fitness or Personal Training certification (ACE, NASM, AFAA, ISSA, or equivalent)
- CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- 1+ year group fitness or functional training experience
- Experience with strength training, HIIT, or circuit‑based workouts
- Knowledge of mobility, recovery, or corrective exercise
- Ability to demonstrate exercises and movements
- Ability to lift and move fitness equipment
- Ability to coach classes for extended periods
