Overview

Join our dynamic drug development team as a Senior Scientist specializing in organic chemistry. You ll play a crucial role in synthesizing chemical intermediates and developing commercial processes, contributing significantly to the synthetics pipeline. This is a fully onsite position with regular working hours.

• Independently synthesize chemical intermediates and process impurities.
• Develop and characterize reaction profiles and isolated compounds.
• Engage in commercial process development activities.
• Maintain detailed laboratory notebooks and computer files.
• Collaborate with process and analytical chemists in a team environment.
• Present data and findings in group and project meetings.

• PhD in organic chemistry or a Master s with 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in organic synthesis and standard characterization techniques (HPLC, LC-MS, NMR).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Experience in reviewing and interpreting analytical data.
• Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
