Research Associate, Research Scientist

Pay rate

Base pay: $26.00/hr – $27.00/hr non‑exempt positions eligible for overtime at 1.5× for hours >40/week. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, 10 paid days off, 3 days paid bereavement leave, 401(k) with employer match, life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, and performance bonus.

• Plan and execute multi‑step synthesis of payload and linker‑payload intermediates
• Conduct purification and characterization of small molecules and antibody conjugates using appropriate techniques
• Accurately record all experimental procedures, observations and results in the laboratory e‑Notebook
• Summarize and communicate data to the project team Gul meet
• Operate and maintain specialized lab equipment and instrumentation
• Support discovery research and contribute directly to the design, synthesis, purification and characterization of small molecule payloads, linker‑payload intermediates, and antibody drug conjugates, while ensuring day‑to‑day laboratory readiness and safe operations
• Under minimal supervision, perform antibody conjugation
• Perform general lab housekeeping activities, ensuring a clean, safe workspace
• Comply with all lab safety guidelines, SOPs and relevant regulations

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry or related discipline with 2+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree in same field
• Working knowledge of standard laboratory practices
• Hands‑on experience with organic synthesis and purification preferred
• Experience operating and maintaining laboratory instrumentation
• Experience working in environments requiring heightened safety practices
