We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate for our location in Thousand Oaks, CA. This is a part time, on-site role that involves assisting clients with memberships, scheduling, and retail purchases in a pet-friendly environment. Additional daily responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, answering inquiries about classes and events, and maintaining an inviting environment within the training facility. The Sales Associate will also actively participate in events and promotions, fostering relationships with clients and the local dog-loving community.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing outstanding customer service
• Experience in sales or retail, with an ability to manage transactions and meet sales goals
• Organizational skills and attention to detail, including scheduling and inventory management
• Passion for animals, particularly dogs, and experience in pet care or related fields is a plus
• Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
