This is a full-time, on-site role located in Thousand Oaks, CA, for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing sales strategies, building and nurturing client relationships, managing sales activities, providing exceptional customer service, and conducting training sessions for team members. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Proven experience and expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Ability to conduct Training and support the professional development of team members
• Proficiency in identifying and pursuing business growth opportunities
• Solid organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in security services or a related industry is advantageous

• 7:00AM - 3:00PM
• 8 - 10 hours Monday - Friday

• Hourly $25.00
• Commission on sales: 7% year 1, 9% year 2, 12% year 3
• Bonus:
  Monthly based on new customer acquisition and exceeding target goals
