You will receive comprehensive training, including on-the-job experience in the operating room, observing over 300 medical procedures in your first year. The role requires being on call most nights and weekends, and involves building strong relationships with clients, providing excellent service, and developing expertise in orthopedic surgical needs and procedures.

Salary ranges from $66,100 to $84,500, plus bonuses and benefits including health insurance, 401(k), stock purchase plan, and more.
