Tire Retail Store Manager

Are you ready to lead, inspire, and drive success? Tire Pros is searching for dedicated Tire Retail Store Managers to join our full-time team. We are hiring for both our Simi Valley and Thousand Oaks locations!

Pay:
This position offers a competitive salary of $90,000–$140,000/year. Top earners are driven, results-focused leaders who work hard and take ownership of performance. This role strongly rewards effort and execution and is not suited for someone looking to coast.

This full-time position offers a structured schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, Saturday 8 AM - 3 PM, and Sundays closed. Overtime opportunities are available for those eager to go the extra mile.

• In This Role, You'll Do The Following
• Deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales, and promote store initiatives
• Build customer loyalty while supporting team and company goals
• Manage budgets, payroll, and store performance; maintain accurate financial records
• Oversee staff scheduling and development; stay current through ongoing training
• Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up and feedback
• Perform additional duties as needed

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-service–oriented leader with a strong work ethic who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and pushes themselves and their team to achieve results.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience managing a retail tire store
• Valid CA driver's license
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

A 2-year college degree or equivalent managerial certificate is preferred.
