Base Pay Range

Hourly Wage: $17.00 to $30.00 per hour.

• Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Front End Service associates focus on compliance and customer service. They greet, thank customers, process returns/refunds, and carry out financial transactions. They are ready to help with customer questions and needs, and the role may require standing for long periods of time.
