Associate Scientist within the Attribute Sciences Process Development Group performs analytical testing of process related impurities to support development of large molecules . We provide essential data to purification scientists regarding clearance of process related impurities and develop methods and transfer them to various analytical laboratories including Quality Control for release testing of clinical and commercial materials.
Basic QualificationsM.S. or B.S. with 2 years of work/industry experience in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related field. Experience with ELISA assays required.
Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets:- Hands‑on experience performing ELISA‑based assays.
- Ability to follow approved protocols, prepare samples and reagents, run assays, and recognize basic assay issues (e.g., invalids, variability).
- Experience documenting laboratory work in electronic lab notebooks (ELN) and maintaining organized, traceable records.
This position will support analytical testing activities by executing established ELISA assays, documenting experimental results, and collaborating with project teams under the guidance of more senior scientists. This role requires attention to detail, clear communication, and a strong commitment to data integrity and laboratory best practices.
