Job Description
Target PR Range: 38-48/hr DOE
Hiring a Senior Associate Scientist to join the Clinical Immunology group. This is a laboratory position within the Clinical Immunology group performing routine cell-based assays to assess the immunogenic risk of early candidate molecules. Today, the client is advancing the largest early Oncology pipeline in our history spanning several innovative technology platforms - BiTEs, CAR Ts, Bispecific Antibodies, Oncolytic Viruses, Neoantigen Vaccine and Small Molecules across many targets and more than a dozen tumor types.

- Execution of high-throughput cell-based assays using primary immune cells isolated from PBMC. Follow established protocols and aid in assay optimization.
- Operation of liquid handling systems (Hamilton Vantage) to carry out high-throughput flow cytometry staining. Document experiments in the electronic lab notebook. Carry-out data analysis and communicate data to key stakeholders.
- Maintain a safe and organized laboratory environment. Perform other duties as assigned.
- BS degree with 4 years experience in immunology research, specifically T cell immunology.
- Cell culture experience with primary cells (PBMCs) with knowledge of specific immune cell type isolations using MACS (Monocytes, CD4+ T cells, B cells).
- Experience performing ELISA and ELISPOT.
- Familiar with automating cell-based assays.
- Detailed knowledge of multi-color flow cytometry operation and data analysis, including experience performing intracellular cytokine staining.
- Presents scientific/technical information within the group and across functions.
