3 Key Consulting is hiring an Associate Scientist for a consulting engagement with our client, a leading global biopharmaceutical company.
Job Description:Ideal Candidate: Experience in drug discovery, Masters with demonstrated techniques, academic background in oncology research, experience in biotech or pharma, publication record, ability to navigate a collaborative environment.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, comfortable in a matrix environment, confident in data analysis.
Qualifications: B.S. or M.S. degree with 3+ years of experience.
Seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate Scientist to contribute to oncology target discovery and validation. Responsibilities include planning and performing experiments, data analysis, and team communication.
Preferred Qualifications:- Training in cancer biology, understanding of signaling pathways and cell cycle.
- Proficiency in cell and molecular biology techniques (cell culture, western blot, qPCR, etc.).
- Experience with gene function assays (RNAi, CRISPR) and high-content imaging, familiarity with multi-omics.
- Experience in target validation and early drug discovery stages.
- Independent critical thinking, supported by publications.
To supplement additional workload on the team.

Conduct wet lab experiments to support oncology drug discovery.
