Job Description: Our client is seeking a full-time or part-time Emergency Veterinarian to join Veterinary Specialty & Emergency Center of Thousand Oaks (VSEC), a well-established 24-hour specialty and emergency referral hospital in Southern California. VSEC's Emergency Team works side-by-side with Board-Certified Veterinary Specialists, offering direct access to consultation and shared case management. The hospital fosters a collegial, respectful environment where emergency doctors are fully supported in managing complex and challenging cases. This position provides excellent earning potential through a high base salary combined with a generous production plan.

Qualifications Needed:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD)
• Eligibility for veterinary licensure in California
• Minimum of 1 year emergency veterinary experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic, surgical, and emergency medicine skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Commitment to compassionate, high-quality patient care

Package:

• Base salary range: $180,000 - $250,000 USD
• High minimum base salary with generous production plan
