The Resource Registered Nurse servicing the Med Surg departments as a professional practitioner, assumes responsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing process and the delivery of patient care while they are relieving other licensed nurses during break/meal periods. • You will be documenting interventions, outcomes, patient care, and patient response
• You will be acting as a resource to staff by providing information, and problem solving to immediately resolve patient care problems
• You will be developing, implementing, and modifying the patient’s plan of care according to the patient’s progress
