• Report directly to the Cardiovascular Service Line Director and oversee day-to-day operations of the cath labs, echo, vascular, electrocardiography and cardiovascular observation department.
• Maintain time‑keeping, scheduling oversight, staff education/competency, compliance with quality measures and collaborate with cardiac rehab services.

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; BSN or Masters level education required.
• Current California RN license required.
• Current CPR card and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required.
• Minimum of five (5) years CCU, Cath Lab or Open Heart surgery experience required.
• Minimum of five (5) years clinical leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in cardiovascular database management (e.g., Core Measures, ACC NCDR-PCI, ACC NCDR, STS/CCORP, NCDR-TVT, NCDR-LAAO, AF registries) required.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written, required.
