DescriptionLast year alone, HCA Healthcare colleagues invested over 156,000 hours impacting our communities. As a Nurse Manager of Cardiac Cath Lab at Los Robles Regional Medical Center, you will manage operations within a dedicated cardiovascular team.
Responsibilities- Report directly to the Cardiovascular Service Line Director and oversee day-to-day operations of the cath labs, echo, vascular, electrocardiography and cardiovascular observation department.
- Maintain time‑keeping, scheduling oversight, staff education/competency, compliance with quality measures and collaborate with cardiac rehab services.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; BSN or Masters level education required.
- Current California RN license required.
- Current CPR card and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required.
- Minimum of five (5) years CCU, Cath Lab or Open Heart surgery experience required.
- Minimum of five (5) years clinical leadership experience preferred.
- Experience in cardiovascular database management (e.g., Core Measures, ACC NCDR-PCI, ACC NCDR, STS/CCORP, NCDR-TVT, NCDR-LAAO, AF registries) required.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written, required.
