This is a full-time role for a Growth Marketing Manager based in Thousand Oaks, CA. The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving marketing initiatives to fuel customer acquisition and business growth. Key tasks include designing and executing growth strategies, analyzing marketing performance, utilizing marketing automation tools, and managing cross-functional projects to enhance campaign efficiency and outcomes. The role also involves collaborating with teams to leverage data insights for improved decision-making.
- Funnel Ownership:
Take complete ownership of the marketing funnel for our clients, from awareness and acquisition to conversion and retention. - Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and train a pod of five specialists: a Project Coordinator, Funnel Strategist, Creatives Producer, Web Developer, and Martech Specialist. You will be expected to assist any of these team members if they are overloaded or need help. - Multi-Channel Strategy:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across a variety of channels, including paid social media, paid search, cold email marketing and SEO. - Website and Landing Page Optimization:
Oversee the creation, testing, and optimization of landing pages and websites to improve user experience and conversion rates. - Cold Email Outreach:
Develop and oversee cold email campaigns, including list building, deliverability optimization, copywriting, and performance analysis to generate new business opportunities. - Marketing Automation:
Implement and manage CRM systems, as well as warm email and SMS automation campaigns for effective lead nurturing. - Performance Tracking and Analytics:
Establish and maintain robust tracking and reporting systems to measure campaign performance, providing actionable insights to both the internal team and clients. - Technical Integration:
Manage integrations between various marketing platforms and tools to ensure a seamless and efficient marketing technology stack. - Brand and Design:
Ensure all marketing materials and creative assets are consistent with our clients' brand guidelines. - Innovation and AI:
Champion "out-of-the-box" thinking and leverage AI tools and technologies to improve performance, streamline workflows, and enhance deliverables. - Client Management:
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, effectively communicating strategy, providing progress updates, and building strong relationships.
- Proven experience in a growth marketing, demand generation, or funnel management role.
- Extensive hands-on experience with paid social platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Linked In Ads) and paid search platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Microsoft Ads).
- Strong understanding of landing page design, UX/UI principles, and website optimization techniques.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and strategies.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce, Go High Level ) and marketing automation tools.
- Demonstrated experience in creating and managing successful email and SMS marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of cold email best practices, including deliverability, domain warming, list hygiene, and compliance with anti-spam regulations.
- A strong analytical mindset with expertise in marketing analytics, tracking, and reporting.
- Familiarity with API integrations and the broader marketing technology landscape.
- A keen eye for design and a commitment to maintaining brand consistency.
