We’re hiring an Executive Director – a strategic and compassionate leader who drives operational excellence, empowers teams, and fosters a culture of integrity and purpose.

What You’ll Be Doing- Lead and oversee all aspects of community operations
- Empower department leaders and guide staff in delivering exceptional care
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and county regulations
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to support successful hiring outcomes
- Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management to team members
- Foster open communication with residents and families
- Manage financial operations including budgeting and office oversight
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree or state-specific Administrator license strongly preferred
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in assisted living, long-term care, or related healthcare field
- Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulations
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage change, and resolve conflicts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across diverse audiences
- Dedication to serving seniors with memory impairment in a diverse workforce
- State-specific licensure strongly preferred
- Flexibility to work outside regular hours based on business needs
- Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
- Must be comfortable with animals (pets) and neurodegenerative conditions
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required

Anticipated pay range: $170,000 - $180,000 USD
