Overview
Payrate: $52.00 - $55.00/hr.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to be a part of our Global Raw Materials and Device (RMD) Supply Chain team, under the leadership of the Director of Supply Chain within Global Supply Planning Organization. This position will be responsible for overseeing network-wide raw material inventory strategy and analytics, enhance/monitor RMD KPIs that enable sustainable supply and support the orchestration of RM planning cycles and long-range vision for our key suppliers.
Responsibilities- Performs network-wide raw material inventory assessments for raw materials and devices following established tools
- Partners with RMD Category leads, Site Procurement Leads and External Supply on inventory and sourcing strategies, DAI and network re-balancing, as required
- Oversees, manages and coordinates inventory health, abnormal scrap, and target inventory dashboards of network material in scope within established guardrails and ensuring collaboration between teams for plan accuracy and reliability
- Enhances system-based data analytics for raw material master data signaling accuracy and supply plan forecasting to external partners
- Supports leadership in current projects that may include long-term plans for early visibility of raw materials, new system applications, systematic capacity improvements, business sustainability and safety initiatives
- Documents issues, decisions, and action items of functional teams and ad hoc project team meetings
- Identifies, drives, and leads continuous improvement opportunities developing solutions to meet productivity, quality and department goals and objectives
- Facilitates and leverages experience on project workshops, kaizen events and other process improvement initiatives to support the Director of Supply Chain
- Leads forums and acts as a senior leadership DAI facilitator on key RMD decisions that impact network supply allocations, enhances planning data analytics within planning system, and supports capacity projects and scrap reduction initiatives
- Works with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain Network Planning, Manufacturing, External Supply, Quality and Process Development to advise and highlight issues and options to senior leadership
- Drives process improvements and leads multi-function cross-collaboration initiatives with Global and Network Supply Chain, OS , VMO and External Supply
- The ideal candidate should have a strong technical and business understanding of SAP ERP and rapid response related to raw material planning
- Experience with Supply Chain and Operations processes
- Ideal candidate may have held a title such as Supply Chain Manager and possesses the top required skills
- Demonstrated experience in SAP and Rapid Response ERP environments
- Experience with tools such as Smartsheet, Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI, Databricks
- Ability to lead and manage complex projects with multiple team members
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is $52.00 - $55.00/hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
