Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled professional to work on designing and maintaining complex simulation models that support critical operational and supply chain decisions. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality analytical solutions that drive impactful, data-driven decisions within the organization.

• Design, implement, and deliver solutions to perform system of systems discrete event simulations for complex operational and supply chain processes using Any Logic.
• Contribute to developing standards and best practices for integrated, automated simulation models with a focus on reusability and long-term value.
• Create reusable libraries for simulation, optimization, and data science and address complex process flow simulation challenges with significant business impact.
• Communicate modeling results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and document methodologies, outcomes, and recommendations.

• Post-graduation experience with demonstrated skills in simulation model development, specifically using Any Logic.
• Proficiency in working with advanced statistical or simulation tools and coding in Java or Python for analysis and modeling.
• Strong knowledge of SQL to enable robust data management and integration for simulations.
• Possess a master’s degree, or a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of two years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience as listed in the requirements.
