• Manage day-to-day operations of the Staffbase Studio, including troubleshooting and user onboarding
• Lead content planning, scheduling, and publishing of the global weekly employee newsletter
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables for internal communications projects
• Provide light copywriting and editing support, adhering to AP style
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective communication rollouts

• Doctorate degree
• Master’s degree and 2 years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience
• Associate’s degree and 8 years of experience
• High school diploma/GED and 10 years of experience
• Extensive and recent experience using the Staffbase Studio (email and intranet)

• 3–5 years of experience in internal communications, preferably in a corporate or global setting
• Demonstrated expertise in Staffbase for email, including audience segmentation and analytics
• Strong project management skills with experience leading communications initiatives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus
