Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver manual therapy, guided exercise, and patient education
- Treat spinal disorders, post-op rehab, and general orthopedics
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Motivate and engage patients through supportive, goal-driven care
- Participate in clinic improvement initiatives and performance incentives
- Licensed Physical Therapist (CA)
- Strong interest in orthopedics and exercise prescription
- Experience with spine, post-op, and general orthopedic cases preferred
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
- Performance incentives
- Paid time off (10 days/year; 15 days after 3 years)
- 7 paid holidays + 40 hours sick time
- $1,000 annual continuing education stipend
