We are seeking a Clinical Medical Assistant who provides clinical expertise to ensure high‑quality, efficient care. Your contributions will directly impact patients’ lives.

• Schedule, cancel, and manage patient appointments.
• Check in and check out patients.
• Enter charges and payments.
• Answer the telephone.
• Verify patient insurance and demographics.
• Collect co‑payments/coinsurance and personal balances.
• Perform selected administrative duties and assist nursing staff.
• Collect patient specimens.
• Takes patient histories and vital signs.
• Prepare exam and treatment rooms.
• Give injections, apply casts, splints, and dressings.
• Prepare and maintain supplies and equipment, including sterilization.
• Assist physician in pre‑surgery preparation and physical examinations.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Read, understand, and adhere to all Physician Services policies and procedures.
• Practice the Code of Conduct and Company Mission and Value Statement.
• For certified Patient‑Center Medical Homes: coordinate continuity of patient care with external organizations and referrals; participate in data collection, health outcomes reporting, audits, and programmatic evaluation.

• One year of Medical Assisting or direct clinical patient care experience.
• Certified Medical Assistant (RMA, CCMA, CMA, NCMA, NCRMA, or A ‑OE). If newly graduated, must obtain certification within 60 days.
• Or if no certification, must obtain it within one year of hire.
