7PM-7AM

Client Care Technicians (CCTs) provide aid, supervision, and protective oversight of clients during assigned shifts. CCTs oversee the self‑administration of medication for clients. This job is for an overnight Per Diem role, meaning scheduled shifts will be as needed.

• Supports clients’ physical and psychological safety.
• Monitors and oversees clients’ self‑administration of medication.
• Completes accurate and timely documentation of observations during shifts. CCTs ensure that documentation accurately reflects all changes in client’s condition and notify clinical staff of any noteworthy observations (e.g., medical, psychological, and emotional symptoms, non‑compliance in programming, and behavior usage).
• Transports clients on outings, doctor’s appointments, etc.
• Provides one‑on‑one assistance to clients in crisis as directed by the clinical team and the client’s plan of care.
• Assists clients with nutritional and dietary needs as indicated. This may include meal and snack assembly.
• Assists with clients in a pleasant, professional, and efficient manner. Seeks assistance of licensed staff when needed.
• Assists in the admission and discharge process, including orientation, belongings inventory, and facility tour.
• Leads or co‑leads and facilitates groups (as appropriate to licensure).
• Performs all other duties assigned by supervisor. This could include some light housekeeping duties, conducting inventory, prepping supplies for the next day, etc.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

• Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

  • One‑year full‑time experience, or its equivalent, working with the client group to be served OR Two years’ experience as a member of the social work staff in a group home.
  • If the employee does not have the required experience listed, they can provide documentation of completion with a passing grade, from an accredited or approved college or university, of 15 college semester or equivalent quarter units in behavioral sciences, 9 units of which must be in courses relating to children with behavioral problems which may be the result of abuse, neglect, or emotional trauma.
    
    The courses may include, but are not limited to, curriculums in Corrections, Psychology, Social Work, or Social Welfare.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Complete First Aid Training (First Aid Certificate).
• Complete required health screening, TB clearance, Criminal Record Clearance.

The pay range for this position is $25/hour.
