ResponsibilitiesWe are hiring a licensed PTA to work with residents in senior living communities offering independent, assisted, or memory care. Services are covered by private insurance and Medicare Part
B. Your responsibilities include:
- Providing physical therapy and wellness services under supervision
- Supporting care coordination through wellness visits, communication with providers/caregivers, and assisting with telehealth visits
- Maintaining professional and ethical standards
- Contributing to program development and quality improvement
- Enhancing patients’ functional well-being and satisfaction
Our clinics operate 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday–Friday, but we offer flexible scheduling to suit your lifestyle.

- Completion of an accredited PTA program (new grads welcome)
- Current PTA licensure
- Excellent communication skills
