We’re seeking Physical Therapy Assistants to support our innovative care coordination program. This role allows you to practice at the top of your license, expand into care coordination duties, standardize your hours, and advance your career. Responsibilities

We are hiring a licensed PTA to work with residents in senior living communities offering independent, assisted, or memory care. Services are covered by private insurance and Medicare Part

B. Your responsibilities include:

  • Providing physical therapy and wellness services under supervision
  • Supporting care coordination through wellness visits, communication with providers/caregivers, and assisting with telehealth visits
  • Maintaining professional and ethical standards
  • Contributing to program development and quality improvement
  • Enhancing patients’ functional well-being and satisfaction
Your Schedule

Our clinics operate 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday–Friday, but we offer flexible scheduling to suit your lifestyle.

  • Completion of an accredited PTA program (new grads welcome)
  • Current PTA licensure
