Candidates should have a PhD or MS in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering with over 5 years' experience in small molecule drug development. Ideal candidates will have strong project management skills and an understanding of cGMP regulations. This role also requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
