Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Project Scheduler located in Los Angeles, CA. Responsibilities include creating and managing project schedules, coordinating with project teams to track progress, identifying potential scheduling conflicts, and recommending corrective actions. The Junior Project Scheduler will also prepare and distribute regular reports, analyze project timelines, and maintain project documentation to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in project scheduling tools and techniques, including software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with experience in identifying and resolving schedule conflicts
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce detailed reports and present data to stakeholders
  • Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and demonstrate a proactive approach to project challenges
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience or internships in project scheduling, construction, or engineering fields are advantageous
