We are immediately hiring a Project Manager to support key work streams and deliverables while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across Global Engineering.

B.S. with 3‑5 years of experience or M.S. with at least 2 years of experience. Previous pharma experience or large organization consulting experience is a strong preference.

• Support key work streams or projects, driving completion of specific work streams or deliverables
• Provide solutions to complex issues, leveraging analytical approaches, established approaches, and critical thinking skills
• Drive high quality outputs and work products to meet key project milestones, budget, and quality expectations
• Boost operational excellence and continuous improvement culture across Global Engineering to challenge the status quo and deliver sustainable results
• Leverage data and a consistent process to assess clients' needs, develop options, make recommendations and flex to implement when appropriate, selecting improvement opportunities that reduce costs, increase productivity, improve quality, and cycle time by reducing waste resulting in significant business improvement and customer satisfaction
• Manage or support an array of OE and productivity improvement projects/programs across Global Engineering by using Lean, Six Sigma and problem‑solving tools and analyses and drive consistent use of these tools by others
• Help to prepare materials, structure, and co‑facilitate workshops on OE/CI and productivity improvement, Kaizen events, etc.

• At least 2‑3 years working directly in management consulting
• OE Yellow Belt certified
• Experience with Smartsheets, Power
  
  BI, or similar project management tools
• Extensive knowledge of Excel and Power Point
• Demonstrate strong track record of project completion within consulting or industry
• Strong command of technical applications/tools to support analysis and the development of automated processes or solutions

Pay Range*: $50.00‑$70.00 per hour.

* Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
