Project Manager, Operations Manager, Contracts Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee multifamily and tenant improvement projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

• Manage all phases of construction projects, including preconstruction, procurement, construction, and closeout
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts
• Lead subcontractor buyout, contract negotiations, and scope reviews
• Coordinate with Superintendents to ensure project execution aligns with plans and schedules
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Manage client communication and act as the primary point of contact
• Track project costs, approve invoices, and manage monthly billing
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company procedures
• Conduct job site meetings and provide regular project status updates
• Identify risks and proactively resolve issues impacting schedule or budget

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in multifamily and/or tenant improvement construction
• Strong knowledge of construction means and methods
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and drawings
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• Ground-up multifamily, podium, wrap, or mixed-use projects
• Office, retail, medical, or commercial TI projects
• Experience working with developers, owners, and architects
