The Multifamily and Commercial Superintendent is responsible for the on‑site supervision and coordination of all construction activities for multifamily, commercial, or tenant improvement projects. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards and contract documents.

• Lead day‑to‑day on‑site construction operations for ground‑up multifamily, commercial, or tenant improvement projects.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain schedule and productivity.
• Enforce jobsite safety programs and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Coordinate inspections, quality control, and punch list completion.
• Review plans, specifications, and scopes to ensure accurate execution.
• Track project progress and communicate schedule updates to the project team.
• Coordinate deliveries, site logistics, and material sequencing.
• Maintain daily reports, field documentation, and site logs.
• Collaborate with Project Managers on scheduling, cost control, and إجراء حل المشكلات.
• Drive project closeout, including final inspections and turnover.

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on multifamily and commercial construction projects.
• Ground‑up podium, wrap, or garden‑style multifamily experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, sequencing, and building codes.
• Proven ability to lead subcontractors and field teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with construction scheduling tools and field technology.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Full‑time, on‑site position.
• May require travel or relocation depending on project needs.
