- Produce financial and market intelligence by querying data repositories and generating periodic reports.
- Advise the SVP and their direct reports on key activities and issues within the function; support CMO leadership on developing insights-driven strategic roadmap, including capabilities, workforce strategy, and digital strategy.
- Develop organizational plans for implementation of functional/R&D/Corporate strategies; lead or contribute to organizational capability build and transformational/process improvement initiatives; facilitate functional goal setting and track progress, results, and performance.
- Plan and implement agendas for regular CMO Executive Leadership Team (ELT) meetings to achieve organizational objectives; partner with HR and Finance to effectively prioritize and manage organizational resources; gather, analyze, and synthesize cross-functional information across a variety of sources to turn unstructured business issues into action plans and deliverables.
- May telecommute. Travel up to 15% to various unanticipated worksites nationally and internationally.

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
