Key Responsibilities- Daily sales operations with clear playbooks, coaching, and accountability.

, ensuring every appointment, presentation, and delivery feels clean, premium, and predictable. - Training & developing sales advisors
, focusing on preparation, follow-through, and CRM discipline. - Partnering with F&I, service, and inventory teams to create seamless cross-department hand-offs.
- Executing a modern sales process built around transparency, hospitality, and consistency—not pressure.
- Driving key outcomes
: volume, gross performance, PVR, F&I referrals, online lead response times, and CSI/NPS.
- Sales management experience in automotive
, preferably in luxury or high-line brands. - A calm, confident leadership style rooted in integrity, preparation, and accountability
. - Proven ability to coach advisors, drive adherence to process, and maintain steady performance.
- Strength in digital retail, online lead handling, and structured follow-up.
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving, guest-focused environment.
