Pilates Plus is seeking a motivated and personable Senior Studio Operations Lead. We are a successful and well established studio in need of someone who can streamline our operations. Someone who can build systems, coordinate teams and execute strategy.
This is a client-facing leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-driven environment and enjoys creating an exceptional studio experience.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and onboarding new clients
- Build strong client relationships to drive retention and referrals
- Present memberships, packages, and promotions
- Follow up with leads and support studio sales goals
- Work directly with instructors on schedules, coverage, and daily needs
- Support onboarding of new instructors
- Experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or customer service preferred
- Confident communicator with strong sales skills
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to provide evidence of any processes or systems that you have created and the results achieved
- Comfortable coordinating with instructors and clients
- Positive, professional, and solution-focused
