** Smog-Certified Service Technician

** What You’ll Do
*** Perform accurate and efficient diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Subaru vehicles and other makes
* Conduct California smog inspections in accordance with state regulations
* Complete multi-point inspections and document findings clearly
* Communicate effectively with advisors and team members
* Maintain a clean, professional work environment
* Deliver the high-quality service experience our customers expect
** What We’re Looking For**
* ** Current California Smog Certification (Required)
*** Automotive technician experience (Subaru or other OEM certification a plus)
* Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
* Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to excellence

The Flat Rate Range for this position is $17.00 - $62.00.This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production Productivity.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
