Position: Office Manager (Sales & Marketing)

Pay: $24-$26/hour + bonus

Schedule: Monday–Friday, weekends as needed

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Thousand Oaks is a fast‑growing company looking for an organized, customer‑focused Office Manager to oversee daily office operations while supporting sales, customer experience, and local marketing efforts.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily office operations, scheduling, and administrative tasks
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal staff
  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and office systems
  • Coordinate move schedules with customers and move crews
  • Upsell services such as packing, storage, and add‑ons when appropriate
  • Assist with local marketing initiatives (digital ads, email campaigns, social media, community events)
  • Manage online reviews and respond to customer feedback
  • Coordinate promotions, referral programs, and partnerships
  • Track marketing results and report on lead sources and ROI
  • Support brand consistency across all customer touchpoints
  • All other duties as assigned
Who We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in office management, sales support, or administrative leadership
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable with sales conversations and follow‑up
  • Organized, detail‑oriented, and process‑driven
  • Proficient with scheduling software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
  • Marketing or social media experience is a plus (but not required)
  • Ability to multitask and problem‑solve in a fast‑paced environment
