Job Description:
- Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to accounts
- Distributes expenditures, encumbrances, receipts, and receivables
- Provides record of assets, liabilities, and other financial transactions
- Prepares balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports
- Collects appropriate data and prepares federal, state and local reports and tax returns
- Supports the preparation of year-end audit files and analysis
- Ability to make formal presentations
- Basic Knowledge of ISO and/or AS9100
- Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing/6 Sigma/Kaizen
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office and Accounting software
- Bachelor's degree in related field and a minimum of 10 years' relevant experience
