Job Title: Service Technician

Location: Denver Metro Area (Office in Thornton, CO)

Position Type: Full-Time, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay range: $19 – $22 / hr. Depending on experience.

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Technician to join our team in the Denver Metro area. This role involves servicing and maintaining dryer vent systems, including cleaning, rerouting, repairs, inspections, and installations. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a variety of environments, including crawl spaces and rooftops, and has experience with power tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform dryer vent cleaning, inspections, repairs, rerouting, and installations.
• Safely access and work in constricted spaces such as crawl spaces.
• Safely access and work on rooftops.
• Perform light brickwork, including drilling and cutting into walls.
• Communicate clearly with clients and team members regarding service needs.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in good condition.
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols on every job site.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar trade (HVAC, general maintenance, or construction experience a plus), preferred.
• Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.
• Strong motivation to learn and grow.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and as part of a team.
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have a clean MVR (motor vehicle record)
