• Mows, trims and maintains turf, and Facilities.
• Plants, trims, and maintains trees.
• Performs minor facility preventative maintenance, including filter changes
• Assists trades with facility maintenance.
• Controls weeds, picks up trash.
• Plants sod.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

• Must be a minimum of 16 years old.
• Must currently be in high school or have a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Criminal background check required for hire.
• Valid Colorado driver's license with acceptable MVR preferred.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-hire, post-offer physical examination.
